Prior to real estate Ronn has dedicated more than 20 years honing his skills in management, leadership, and business development, through his previous position of Vice President of Operations for a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, he owned and operated businesses in the Washington DC area before moving to Arizona in 2017. These diverse experiences have enabled Ronn to seamlessly apply his business acumen to the real estate industry, empowering his clients to succeed in deals within the highly competitive landscape.

Sam was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, earning a degree in Human Development from Washington State University. After enduring gray skies and rain showers for many years, she relocated to Arizona with her family to enjoy the sunshine and great weather that the desert has to offer. Sam is well equipped with over 14 years of experience in the residential real estate industry and strong proficiency with communication, attention to detail, and customer service. She started out as an escrow officer in Portland, Oregon, where she gained extensive knowledge of the title and escrow side of the business. Sam also served as a licensed assistant to a top-producing broker in the SW Washington region for five years. Her favorite parts about real estate are rooted in her love of people and getting to support them along their journey of buying or selling a home. There is nothing more exciting for her than witnessing someone getting the keys to their first home or watching a child pick out their new bedroom. She is happily married with a 6-year-old son and loves to spend time outdoors and travel with her family.
